Craig Barez - Chief Creative Officer | Partner

Craig graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. BFA with Honors in Graphic Design and Packaging. Craig has a vast knowledge of the business of design and creative intuition of all aspects of the design field. He has had the pleasure at working for Nike inc as a Design Director for Corporate Image Design, Equipment Design and Nike Golf. Following his time at NIKE, he was the Global Creative Director for TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company for 9 years. During his tenure, he oversaw product strategy and design, brand Image of the company, brand look and feel, design culture and design mentor for a department of 14 designers and design producers. Craig has a deep respect for both design, cultural diversity and its effect on people. He believes in a world that is not bound by formulaic thinking. His passion is family, and has a wife and two boys. They're a very active family within the world of sports.

Eli Clark - Creative Director

Eli received his Graphic Design degree from Montana State University at Bozeman, Montana and has been putting those skills to work for a wide range of clients within sporting and action sports brands. He has collaborated with design teams in the firm arena, acted as the in-house senior designer at TaylorMade Golf as well as contracted on projects with Burton Snowboards, K2 Skis, Rip Curl, O'Neill Wetsuits, Callaway Golf, Adidas Golf and Easton Sports. He's skilled in high-level brand development, art direction and illustration. When not working on a specific project he believes that you should keep a sketchbook by your side at all times as you never know when or where the perfect idea will hit you. Eli infuses imagination into the brands he works with and explores unique angles within each concept. And, when he's not sketching or sitting in the office he enjoys going on roadtrips in his Airstream travel trailer with yellow lab Chloe. Can also be found up in the mountains of Montana with bike or fly rod.

Vince Jacobson - Creative Director

Born from artistic genes, Vince was named after Vincent Van Gogh.  His father has a BFA in Painting as well as a Masters in Drawing.  His mother also attained her BFA in Printmaking.  He decided to go another route with his education and carve his niche behind the mac, receiving his degree in Graphic Design from Kansas State University in 2001.  Vince’s professional experience has allowed him to work with numerous top brands both in-house and as a freelance creative. His skills range from art-direction to top-notch graphic design.  He takes a great deal of pride in building unique and beautiful logotypes. Vince is happily married to Myra Jacobson and has two children, Duke and Riley – his beloved pit-bulls.  When not locked in behind his mac, he enjoys painting, sipping on craft beer, and the occasional birdie on the golf course.
